What took me here?

I have more than 20 years' experience from pharma and med tech industry, and I have been in leadership positions for a bit over a decade. Through my journey I have realized how important it is to keep people in focus in times of change and development. As a manager and leader, I have seen the difference it makes when we look to the human being, and how big impact coaching and strategic advising can have.

My guiding star is to make a difference by creating opportunities for others and for my self.
